You don't see your colleagues as often as you would like, but that doesn't mean that working together has become less important. In fact, it's even more important that your team knows what they have in common, that jokes can be made in between jobs and that working from home doesn't feel like you're doing all the work on your own. And so team outings are now more valuable than ever. This even applies to the team of Beachclub Indigo, so we speak from experience.

In the eight years that we have been operating on the Zwarte Pad, we have increasingly specialised in special teambuilding activities.

Teambuilding is more than just a cosy drink
You can have a drink anywhere, it is the special teambuilding activities that give your team outing added value. By working together in a playful way, you really get to know each other. Who is the runner? Who encourages? Who takes the lead? All important issues that give you more insight into the dynamics of your team. This can start with a yoga lesson on the beach, or you can all get on a SUP-board and paddle into the sea. Need a bit more action? Oh yes, Expedition Indigo is not only about team building, but also about adventure. Making your own fire, archery, you name it.
The fickle Scheveningen weather: how to deal with it
Yes, you choose Scheveningenso you never know if the sun will shine like never before, or if you will end up in a downpour. Fair is fair. Especially if you plan far in advance, the weather can go either way. Since we know that like no other, we have arranged Indigo in such a way that the roof can be put on and taken off. We have also had special see-through windows and walls built so that activities can continue as usual while you remain dry, but you still have that beautiful view of the sea. Luxury!
How do you keep enough distance and still Federations?
As human beings, we often think of cosiness as being in a friendly atmosphere with each other. And preferably not at a distance of one and a half metres. But that is just not possible in this day and age, because safety comes first. That is why we have adapted our special teambuilding activities in such a way that keeping a safe distance is no problem. We have also made our terrace and living room extra cosy (think lanterns, beautiful flower bouquets and lights) so that you can always feel the atmosphere - even if you are standing alone in the middle of the room. Really, just come in. You will immediately feel at home.
What do you do with food and any allergies?
A common question is what to do with allergies. This is logical, because (to give just one example) tasty, gluten-free food is quite difficult for many cuisines. Except for ours. We have professional chefs in the kitchen who know exactly how to make every meal a party, while taking every possible allergy into account. They prepare everything fresh for you every day - from BBQ to three-course menu and from meat dishes to vegan menus: there is plenty of choice. No need to worry about that!
Room for a presentation or meeting
Our creative, professional team will be happy to think along with you about what best suits your day and will ensure that everything is arranged down to the last detail. Yes, even if you need time for silence, so that you can have a meeting (if necessary in private), give a presentation or make your annual speech. At Indigo, a company party on the beach does not mean that you have to or can only party. There is always room for silence when speeches are being made and even when there is a serious, private meeting, we will ensure that the space is screened off in a professional manner. This way you can discuss all important matters without being disturbed. Need snacks and drinks on the table? No problem at all. Want a projector with sound for a presentation? That too is possible.
